A small storm front is forecasted to hang over our area all day today. It is not supposed to dump significant amount of rain so streams should remain clear to stained.We are in the middle of terrestrial season! Ants, beetles, and small hippers are the ticket on the surface while smaller and thinner bugs are working subsurface.
Water temps are in the mid 50s to 60s. Remember to use your thermometer. If temperatures climb above 65 fishing shuts down, and much higher than 68 it can be lethal to trout.
