What a fun time to fish the Driftless!We still have a ton of flies hatching, a great spinnerfall in the evenings, and fish looking up for small to medium sized terrestrial patterns.
Subsurface fish have not been selective at all to patterns. If they are eating they don't seem to care what fly is drifting past them.
Leeches and streamers have been hot in the evenings, and mice have been catching some larger fish in the dark.
Water is low and clear with temps in the mid 50s.
