 Oh my Olives!
The olive hatch has been picking up lately with mayflies hatching even in the evenings of sunny days.  Lots of rising pods of fish around, and with the weather staying cool, it should continue for quite a while.  While it is better on cloudy days, do not forget to have some film critics or simple parachute olives in your box for the afternoon/evening rise on sunny days.
The terrestrial bite has slowed down a bit, as a couple of frosty nights and cooler, wet weather have kept them from moving around as much.  Ants and beetles are still good, we need a couple sunny days in a row for the hopper bite to come back.
Subsurface fishing is heating up.  Along side your blue winged olive nymphs (small, thin bodied, dark bead heads) scuds and pink squirrels are back in the game, as are leeches and streamers.
