The perfect weather continues!Sunny, with a high of only 74. Waters are clear and cool with temps in the high 50s to low 60s. Creeks are clear to slightly stained area wide, the recent rains have not muddied up our area at all.
There are few aquatic insects around outside of midges, however, surface fishing has been great on ants, beetles, and indicator dry flies.
Subsurface fishing has been best on thin bodied bead heads and scuds.
The weather and conditions feel more like fishing in the spring than the summer, but we're fishing bigger dry flies!
