We're blown away by the conditions this July. Another cool day with the high topping out at 80!Water is in great shape with clear streams area wide (with one exception) and great water temperatures.
We have been seeing clouds of tricos in the early mornings with fish feeding on the spinners.
Throughout the rest of the day, we have been fishing beetles, ants, and hoppers (pink!) as well as indicator dries with a heavy bead head dropper down below.
Subsurface, fish are also feeding on scuds and midge larvae.
The limiting factor is the sun right now. Fish early and late and find shade to find more fish.
