The caddis watch is on. We did see some black caddis yesterday, and with the sun today some will pop off. The wind will keep surface feeding a bit slower, but emergers should still be good.Subsurface scuds, pheasant tails, leeches, and hare's ears.
Streams are clear and cool, and bright and sunny.
