Cool again today. The cold weather, although extremely annoying lately, has done a good job of slowing the snowmelt. Waters are clear to stained and temps are in the high 30s to 40s.Fish have been feeding mostly subsurface on scuds, leeches, and other thick bodied patterns. Fewer fish are rising lately, but it is a good idea to have a few midge emergers in your box just in case.
