It's winter out there in Iowa. Wisconsin's season is closed until March 1st, and with the cold conditions, winter fishing in Iowa is very slow until we get some sunnier days in the high 30s. Midges, scuds and leeches fished slowly will get some fish when the air and water warms up a bit.
