Driftless Area

Rating: 3, temperature: 81 ℉, condition: Cloudy.

With the nicer weather, fishing has been solid past the summer standard times of 5-9.  The sun is still a limiting factor, but the cooler weather is blunting the sun's effect on the fishery a bit.
Terrestrials are still key with ants and beetles leading the charge.  Small hoppers and foam attractors are also getting fish to eat, as are midges in the evening.
Subsurface fishing is still great on scuds, hare's ears, pink squirrels and midge larvae.
