 The major rains should be over.  Some streams were fishable last night, and area wide things will start to drop and clear throughout the day.
Cloudy water is fishing well with thick bodied bugs such as scuds and here's ears.
  As things clear up midges will be essential under the surface.
  A few fish were rising last night to midges, and although aquatic insects will be sparse heading into the weekend, terrestrials and attractor patterns will catch fish as things clear up.
