Driftless Area
Rating: 3, temperature: 63 ℉, condition: Fog.
Another cool, drizzly day today. Expect some color on the water as it rained all day yesterday. Nothing significant, but the ground is saturated enough for some run off. There is still fishable water today.Fishing has been excellent subsurface on cranefly larvae, nymphs with a big profile and lots of movement, and leeches/buggers. Hatches are sparse in the rain, but as the weather clears later this week look for sallies, sulphurs, craneflies and caddis.
