Driftless Area

Rating: 3, temperature: 42 ℉, condition: Windy.

A bit chilly this morning.  No need to get out early!
Fishing has been solid in the mornings subsurface and on emergers.  Fish are eating scuds, caddis larvae, pheasant tails, and other small, thin bodied bugs.
The olives are still hatching (mostly in the afternoon) and will start to show up earlier in the day as things warm up this week.
Caddis are still waiting, and the warmer and sunnier weather we are seeing the next couple of days should get them to pop.
Waters are clear and flowing normally, with temps in the 40s.
