Driftless Area
Rating: 3, temperature: 37 ℉, condition: Windy.
Rain barely touched us again yesterday which made for good fishing . Many anglers reported an olive hatch that lasted a couple hours!Waters are clear to stained with the exception of some of the larger waters. Water temps are in the 40s.
Nothing major predicted in the rain arena today, just scattered showers. It will be windy today as it blows in a nice sunny (caddis?!) day in for Saturday.
Expect solid sub surface fishing on scuds, pheasant tails, and prince/hare's ear type flies. Hatches have been popping in the afternoons.
