Driftless Area

Rating: 3, temperature: 42 ℉, condition: Dust.

The major rain yesterday and last night missed us.  Total rainfall yesterday was a half to three quarters of an inch.  That is not enough to ruin our waters.  Expect the majority of streams to be clear to stained with only a couple larger waters muddy.
Water temps are in the 40s area wide.
some light rain is forecasted for today, but again, not enough to make things unfishable.
Olives, slate winged duns, and midges continue to hatch.  Black caddis has shown up, but need a sunny day to come back in numbers typically.
Scuds, leeches, pink squirrels, pheasant tails and midge larvae are on the menu subsurface.
