 Things are good in the driftless!  Water temperatures are the only thing keeping fishing from being really great.
  Waters are clear to stained and starting to warm up with some sunny weather.  There is not a lot of snow left to melt, and even with a warm and sunny day yesterday, the streams did not experience any runoff.  
  Fish are feeding on scuds and leeches very well, and as the waters warm we are seeing more dry fly activity from midges and olives.
  A few degrees warmer and we should start seeing black caddis.
