Still a bit chilly, but the sun has warmed things up nicely compared to the frigid temps earlier in the week.  Low to no wind all weekend will help things out immensely too!
  Water temps are in the high 30s to mid 40s area wide and the streams are running clear.
  Yesterday saw a return of midge hatches with fish rising well on waters that had temps of 40 or more.
  Fishing has been solid subsurface on midge larvae/pupae, scuds, pink squirrels, and other thicker bodied nymphs.
  Fish are also eating leeches and streamers that are twitched through pools.
