Rain and snow this weekend made muddy streams (no streams are out of banks). Tributaries and smaller streams may start to lower and clear by this afternoon, and lower temps could keep conditions stable for the next 2 days. Streamers and leeches have been very effective in stained water. Sporatic midge and BWO hatches have made surface fishing possible, emerger patterns may also be effective.
