Fishing Reports

 Wisconsin trout season is closed.  We are fishing and guiding in Iowa.
Chilly mornings mean fishin in Iowa is a bit slow in the mornings.  Fishing does not start until about 9.
  Terrestrials are atoll around, but in smaller numbers after some frosts.  Fish are responding better to small stuff on the surface especially in the late afternoon olive hatch.
Subsurface  fishing is best on scuds, pink squirrels and tiny mayfly nymphs.
 Leeches  and streamers are also very effective in the deeper holes.
