Driftless Area

Rating: 4, temperature: 76 ℉, condition: Heavy Rain.

Fishing has been solid lately, and with cloud cover sporadic this morning, and thicker in the afternoon/evening it will continue to be good.  Fish were rising yesterday throughout the day, and were willing to take terrestrials, craneflies, and small (20-22) hackle stacker patterns.  The evening rise was even more solid and fish were taking light colored bugs.
Subsurface fish are eating tiny, slim profiled bugs as well as thicker scud patterns and pink squirrels fished deep in pools.
Watch for some tiny bugs hatching in the mornings too.
