Some much needed rain early this morning, we're just waiting for the lightning to push through the area, then fishing should be quite good!There were surface feeding fish all day yesterday as caddis were laying eggs, and a few mayflies were popping off all day. Fish are also eating heavily subsurface on scuds and small bead head nymphs.
This rain has energized the fish and has not been enough to muddy anything up.
