Driftless Area

Rating: 3, temperature: 37 ℉, condition: Light Flurries.

Change in weather today as the wind shifts to the south.  Expect a bit more sun and some warmer weather today and throughout the week.
Fish will start to feed earlier in the day, but will shut down a bit quicker as the snow melt hits the stream and drops the water temperatures.
Look for midges around noon, and we have heard rumor of some warmer streams having blue winged olives.
Sub surface fishing has been excellent on leeches and streamers, and very good on midge larvae, scuds and pink squirrels.
