Temperatures are chillier over the next couple of days, and the breeze is picking up, but fishing is still going strong over in Iowa.  Fishing is best late morning to evening when water temperatures are peaking as this is the time of the most insect activity.
  Hatches are light now and consist of midges throughout the day and a smattering of olives in the afternoon.  The best fishing is sub surface with heavily weighted nymphs and leeches that are slowly twitched through the water.
