Breezy and cloudy today and tomorrow. Fish are feeding heavily sub surface in Iowa (Wisconsin's season is closed) on scuds and tiny nymphs, and are very grabby when streamers are going by. Water temperatures have cooled enough to see some good olive hatches in sheltered areas and later this week when the wind calms down.Keep an eye out for spawning fish and leave them alone.
