Driftless Area
Rating: 4, temperature: 73 ℉, condition: Heavy Rain.
UPDATE 12:30 p.m. Little rain in the area, and the radar looks like the rain is over for the day. Barring any freak storms, fishing will continue to be strong with no major change in water clarity area wide.Looks like the thunderstorms will hold off until at least this afternoon. Fishing has been great recently with caddis and craneflies. As the storms blow in fish will feed sub surface heavily on scuds and thicker bodied nymphs.
There should not be enough rain to permanently blow out any water, but if it rains the half inch they are predicting waters will come up and be stained for tomorrow.
