Driftless Area

Rating: 4, temperature: 64 ℉, condition: Heavy Rain.

Mostly cloudy with patches of light rain throughout the day.  Watch for olives and midges and possibly a few caddis in the afternoon.  Fish are feeding in the riffles on emergers and pupae lately.
Water temperature is at 50 degrees and will peak somewhere in the mid to high 50s at the hottest part of the day this weekend.
Scuds and thicker bodied nymphs will be fishing well sub surface as well as caddis larvae and pupae.
Leeches will catch quite a few fish with the cloud cover too.
