This is what we have been waiting for!Snow will slowly melt, so remember to fish from mid morning as the water temperatures rise, to early afternoon when the snowmelt will trickle into the streams and shut down feeding.
Midges have a chance to get fish to rise around noon, otherwise fish down deep with scuds and smaller nymphs.
Wisconsin opens March 5th, while Iowa and Minnesota are open to fish right now.
