No need to get out early.Scuds, midge larvae, and tiny mayfly nymphs are working well sub-surface, while fish are rising sporadically to midges and olives in the afternoon.
There are spawning brown trout present in the streams so leave them alone and be careful where you wade so you do not step into a spawning bed!
