Cooler weather returns today and tonight after a return to midsummer conditions over the weekend. Today will be sunny so find some shady water.The olive hatch was knocked back a bit by a couple of sunny days, but the clouds over the next few days should get it back on track. Look for them in the late morning and early afternoon.
Otherwise fish terrestrials (crickets were incredible this weekend) and scuds rolled along the bottom. Do not forget the thin bodied dark colored nymphs (blue winged olive nymphs) as they are picking up fish when other flies are getting skunked.
