Less than an inch of rain yesterday afternoon will have larger waters murky, and smaller waters stained to clear today.  Fishing scuds and leeches will be great today!  A chance of a hatch this evening on the smaller streams, and terrestrial action with crickets and beetles.
  It will get increasingly sunny today, so find some shade and concentrate your efforts in the evening for the best results.
  Do not be afraid of the rain yesterday, there is little in stream sediment left after last week so there is nothing to blow out badly, the color in the water will come from runoff on land.  This also means you may want to avoid any stream that has a flood control dam on it.
