No real rain yesterday in Vernon county means that our small streams are still clear and the larger bodies of water are stained and settling out. Yesterday's fishing was quite good first thing in the morning, than again in the evening. There were even sparse hatches area wide last night.Expect more of the same today. Small nymphs rolled along the bottom and terrestrials on the surface.
It will be cloudy this morning then clear up in the afternoon and evening.
