Today will be hot and humid.  Very high heat index means stay cool and hydrated.
  Fishing is best very early and very late.  No verified reports on tricos, but they will be here soon.
  Most fishing is sub surface on nymphs in the size 16-22 range.  Small thin bodied nymphs seem to be working the best.
  Hoppers, ants, and beetles are also still great and have fish swimming across the creek to hit them.
  Fish are in their summer positions tucked under grass banks, under lunker structures, and in the weeds below riffles.  Approach them slowly and with some steatlth as they are spooky!
