Beautiful day to be outside. It will be sunny today so find a bit of shade in mid day.Fish are still feeding very well in the riffles on small nymphs under a large indicator dry fly.
Down in the deep pools fish are taking scuds and cranefly larvae.
Hatches are sparse but do not be surprised to find some yellow sallies hatching in the evening, as well as some sulphurs.
And as always midges will catch fish in the morning, they are tending to be more tan than black as adults now though.
And do not forget your ants!
