Chilly, rainy, and windy. Not the most pleasant day to be out there.The wind is from the east northeast and will continue throughout the day. Rain is supposed to lighten up after 1 p.m.
Fishing sub surface in the morning especially with scuds and streamers. Although the water is not muddy overall, San Juan worms will work well in these conditions too.
If the rain and wind lessen by the evening we will see some mayflies and a lot of midges hatching. The evening is shaping up to be much better than the morning!
