Driftless Area

Rating: 3, temperature: 70 ℉, condition: Flurries.

Yet another different wind today.  This changing weather each day will not shut fishing down, but it does seem to slow it down a bit.  Today, however will have some cloud cover in the afternoon.
Caddis are hatching both tan and black (the black caddis are not exploding off the water yet though) as are blue winged olives and plenty of midges.
Sub surface caddis larvae and pupae and scuds are catching fish.
It will be breezy today with some big gusts of wind.  Try to tuck up next to some walls and fish narrow valleys to lessen the wind.
