UPDATE 3:45 P.M.:Rain has stopped for most of the area. Sun is shining and the pavement is drying out. There have been reports of some streams still fishable with a slight stain to them (Timber Coulee specifically).
Rivers are up and flowing muddy this morning. There is a bit of rain coming again today, but it look like we are at the peak of our runoff (barring any freak rainstorm).
Fishing will be slow on smaller streams that are running clear, and all but impossible on larger streams. We will be monitoring the streams throughout the day today and will update the fishing report.
