Catch and release season opens March 6th at 5:00 a.m.We have had (and will continue to have throughout the weekend) slow melting with highs in the high 30s to low 40s then re-freezing overnight. We are not expecting any major muddy water runoff as the melting is a trickle.
We have seen midges and winter stoneflies hatching the past few days and fish feeding both sub-surface and on top.
Hatches are coming off at about 11:00.
