The creeks were flushed a bit, and colder weather is in the forecast all week.  The creeks will be in great shape for the last month of season.
With cooler temperatures the tricos that are still around will do their spinner fall later on in the day.  No need to get up too early.
Most action will be subsurface first thing on midge larvae, blue winged olive nymphs, and on cloudier days, scuds.
When things warm up terrestrials will be key on the surface.  On days with cloud cover watch for olive hatches to begin soon as the water temperature starts to drop.
There is still a bit of stain on some creeks today, so leeches streamers and scuds will be effective on water that has some color.
