Mostly sunny, with a high near 66. West wind 9 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.
Creeks are clear to slightly stained with water temps in the mid 50s.
Caddis (both black and tan) and craneflies are hatching, and we ran into a pretty nice olive hatch last night too.
Everything is humming along in the Driftless!
Subsurface fishing has been good on pretty much everything. From scuds to zebra midges, and brush hogs to dirty birds. The key is changing quite a few times to find out what the trout want!
Get out there and fish, this is the peak of season!
