The rains yesterday were thankfully light in our area. While we received up to an inch in or more in Vernon County it never poured. What that means is we are expecting light to heavy stain on the water this morning, and everything dropping and clearing quickly today. With few exceptions there was not any crazy flooding of the creeks.
Fishing leeches and san juan worms in the off color water will be excellent, then switching to craneflies, caddis, and olives as things clear and fish start rising will catch fish.
