We have a string of a couple warmer days (as in the temps will be in the 30s) over the next few days. Iowa and the Minnesota parks are open for fishing, while Wisconsin is closed. Look for some fish rising to midges mid day but most of the action will be subsurface on small and heavy bead heads and leech patterns.
