Mostly sunny, with a high near 71. Northeast wind 3 to 8 mph.
You couldn't ask for more pleasant summer weather!
The sun is the only limiting factor right now as creeks are flowing well and cool with water temperatures in the low 50s to low 60s area wide.  Cooler evenings mean the trico spinner fall is happening a bit later in the morning (meaning you can sleep in an extra hour or two!).  Once the sun dries the dew off the grass and warms things up a bit, terrestrials start crawling around and the fish will key in on them from late morning throughout the day.
Subsurface fishing has been best on leeches, midge larvae, and scuds.
Now that the rains have passed, mousing has picked up again at night.
