  Clouds and rain today!  Plus a nice cool temperature.  It is a summer day made for trout fishing.  This weather (below 80 degrees) looks like it will continue to at least Sunday.
Look for tricos to continue their hatching in the late evening and, more importantly, the spinner fall first thing in the morning.
After that, fishing terrestrials on the surface has been very effective.  We're still skewed towards the smaller stuff, ants and beetles, but hoppers are also working.
  In the evenings we are seeing some midge activity as well as some tiny mayflies and even a few caddis hanging on.
Creeks are flowing well and clear to slightly stained with water temperatures in the mid 50s to mid 60s.
