Rain on and off all morning this morning.  We've already had some heavy rain at 6 am.  Creeks will be high and muddy with the clearest being heavily stained.  If we don't get much more rain things will be fishable by the evening.  Expect to throw black leeches and streamers as well as San Juan worms in the dirty water.
