Get out and fish! This is the last nice weather day until we hit the weekend. We're looking at wind and snow (5-9 inches forecasted Wednesday night!) heading our way tomorrow. Things mellow out by the weekend.
Fishing has been great on scuds, midge larvae, and dirty birds as well as leeches. There are hatches daily, with a few pods of fish rising to the midges and winter stoneflies coming off. Water temperatures are in the low to mid 40s area wide which means we are close to our early olive hatches appearing again!
