Patchy fog before 9am. Otherwise, cloudy, with a high near 27. Southwest wind 3 to 7 mph.

A bit more welcoming weather this week as things warm up.  The weekend we're looking at 40 degrees.
Fish are eating leeches and scuds well, and when the sun is out they will feed heavily on midge larvae and other small bead heads.
Creeks are low and clear with water temps ranging from 35-40 depending on the influence of the springs.
