Not the best day to be fishing... The early part of the week looks cold. Later on the sun starts to shine which will get fishing moving, but the air temperatures stay pretty low. This week will be a gamble as the creeks will be warm, but the anglers will not!
The warmer weekend got fish moving, but no real dry fly activity.
