Scattered flurries before 11am. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 24. Northwest wind 8 to 11 mph.
Typical winter day.  If the sun peeks out fishing will get good like it did yesterday.  It is still a bit too much of a gamble to travel too far to fish, but after next week's cold front, warmer weather is finally predicted!
Midges hatched yesterday when the sun was shining on the water, and nymphing with small bead heads took fish most of the middle part of the day.
There is still quite a bit of snow on the banks and getting around can be tricky in some of the drifts.
