Fishing has been decent in Iowa, with the sun shining directly on the fish slowing things down a bit. The week ahead looks like sun and a drop in temperatures into the mid 40 range. As things cool down fish will being to spawn. Please leave spawning fish alone!
Fishing has been best on midge larvae and leeches as we are seeing only sporadic olives hatching in the afternoon.
