Today is the last day to get in some decent fishing before the weather turns too chilly!  Despite some colder weather, yesterday was excellent fishing as water temps were warm enough to have some active fish.  There were not a lot of midges hatching, but fish were happy to eat leeches, pink squirrels, and midge larvae.
Some streams have some ice on them, so be prepared to drive a bit to find the springs and warmer water.  Also, be careful walking around on the shelf ice!
